Development
Victura will develop alternatives and perform pro-forma calculations to quantify the impact of these alternatives so that Management can make informed decisions.
Implementation
Following the identification of the Cost Accounting Structure, Victura can prepare CAS Disclosure Statements (if applicable), prepare cost impact statements (if applicable), develop cost accounting models and draft accounting policies and procedures.
