Initial Assessment

Our professionals perform an organizational and operational assessment to develop a strategy that incorporates federal contracting activity into the existing management and operating structure while utilizing the existing accounting system capabilities.

Development

Victura will develop alternatives and perform pro-forma calculations to quantify the impact of these alternatives so that Management can make informed decisions.

Implementation
